We were incorporated in NC in February 2005 and were granted 501 ( c ) 3 status effective February 9, 2005. We decided not to compete with other local rescue groups for funds, as they are doing an important job of spaying and neutering a large number of animals and we are helping comparatively few.  We are currently selling donated used books on Amazon and eBay to raise money to cover our large vet bills.

Commerce St. is off of Arlington Blvd. between Greenville Blvd. & Evans St.  We can use ANY books.  Fiction, non-fiction, cookbooks, text books (from 2000 or later,) children’s books, old, new, hardcover, paperback, etc.  Also of interest are any 45 rpm records, CD’s, DVD’s, video and audio cassettes.
